Mindful practice to balance feelings – kids and teens

This video is inspired by my meditation today.  And with the help of my 14 year old foster son, together we created a mindful list of feelings.

The whole practice was mindful and I explain why kids knowing about the range of feelings and mindfully teaching them how to express and honour them, can help reduce challenging behaviours.
