A simple, mindful practice to help diffuse big emotions

My personal meditation practice inspired this video.

With the help of my 14 year old foster son, together we created a mindful list of feelings.

In the video, I explain why it’s so important for kids to realise their range of feelings.  I explore how we mindfully teach them how to express and honour them, and thos this can help reduce challenging behaviours.
