Helping anxious children using mindful skmindfulness book for anxious kids - boy hugging dog cartoon - robbie and jess cover - ills

This book is a mindful story about a 12-year-old boy, Robbie, who is anxious and finds it difficult to trust anyone.

Robbie lacks confidence, self-belief and struggles to belong.

In the story he meets a mysterious dog, who shares some special skills that help him turn his life around.

“Oh my goodness.  This is the best book I’ve read in ages. I actually cried at the ending because of what Jess had done for Robbie. How can a book be this good?”

Kylie (age 11)
