Welcome to these free resources – meditation for kids, where we will inspire you with mindful ideas to share with young people.

Sharing good practice – meditation for kids

lorraine e murray - founder of connected kids Worldwide Meditation Teaching ProgramI have been teaching meditation to young people (directly or through the people we train) for over 2 decades.   I’ve worked with Autism, ADHD, trauma and other areas of SEN too.

This free resources is to inspire you to try one of our mindful ideas.

It could be an idea that came from a teaching session by one of our professional tutors.  Or it is a creative way to take a mindful/meditation practice and make it appealing (age and stage) to young people.

I am dedicated to helping you… wherever you are on your mindful (and teaching meditation) journey.

I know not everyone is interested in taking a course or becoming certified, so that’s why we offer this for free with the option to ‘say thanks’ with a donation (if you can).

I hope you find something useful and if you do, please ‘buy me a coffee’ so we can keep sharing these free resources.

Thank you.

Ps I would love if you could share this page with others so they can be inspired too.
