I am inspired to teach children to meditate due to the benefits I receive from meditating and wished that I had learnt to meditate earlier in life.
Additionally, I am inspired to teach due to this quote from the Dalia Lama, “If every eight year old in the world is taught meditation, we will eliminate violence from the world within one generation.”
These two points of inspiration and the children I have taught and teach are too my inspiration as they respond so well and are so open to feeling good within themselves.
I teach 4-18years old, in groups and also individually, in person and over Skype.
