Mindful Trauma-sensitive training

Working with children who are trauma-experienced requires a special set of skills, as our trauma-sensitive meditation training demonstrates.

The training guides professionals to bring trauma-sensitive mindful skills and energy awareness into their work with young people – combining current trauma knowledge and research with Eastern energy and meditation practices to aid recovery.

As a professional, the training can complement your work with young people:

  • access and use effective mindful self-regulation skills
  • trust their insights and develop self-compassion
  • gently and intuitively through to process the energy of grief
  • connect and mindfully use their personal strengths and inner resources
  • develop mindful and simple energy skills for self-supporting, healthy choices.
  • CE/CPD available
  • choose from certification or module only access

This course brings trauma-sensitive mindfulness and intuitive energy skills into your restorative professional practices through self-paced modules and optional online group sessions/ACES workshop – helping you teach skills for young people (up to age of 18).

“I have found it immensely helpful and there are so many ways it has helped me but also all the children I work with.”

“I loved the training. The mind-body connection was very apparent. As someone whose work has been centered around trauma for the last 3 years – I thought I knew a lot but I have so many takeaways from this course. I would recommend this to others who are looking for person-centered and trauma-sensitive training that will support their work with children and young people. “
