I’m the founder of Connected Kids and created the programme 20 years ago. I don’t teach children directly anymore, just the adults who care for them. The programme helps adults teach kids and teens meditation and mindfulness.
I’m a foster mum (have looked after 17 children to date) and an author of 3 books about teaching meditation – for young people of all ages and abilities.
