My name is Liz Rice and I am from Dundalk, County Louth, Ireland.
I have been involved with holistic work since 2005. I am a Reiki Master Teacher, Reflexologist, Crystal Healing and Connected Kids Tutor. Through both my own healing journey and working with my clients and 4 daughters, I learned that the healing journey is unique to everyone. We need to heal on every level physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally working from our hearts.
By giving adults and children a safe space to heal and grow, we are giving them the tools and space to heal and know themselves inside and out. Giving children the time to just breathe and teaching them that their thoughts are not facts, has been life changing for parents, children and families. I work with children of all ages both one to one and with groups.
