Connected Kids Club

The Connected Kids Meditation Club includes an audio and podcast subscription. Please note you will be billed monthly/annually (depending on options available), and you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that refunds are not available for payments received by Connected Kids.

Monthly access to courses/resources

If a course or resource is provided on a monthly/annual, susbcription basis, access to the modules relies on ongoing receipt of payments. If payments fail or are halted, access to the course/resource will cease immediately. If a free trial is offered, refunds are not available for payments made after the free trial period has ended. You can cancel at anytime.

Course payment plans

If a course is provided under a payment plan (directly from Connected Kids ltd) for a specific duration, access to the course modules is contingent upon completing the scheduled payments. If payments are unsuccessful or discontinued, access to the course will be promptly terminated. Refunds are not available for payments made after the conclusion of the free trial. We do allow payment plan professional students to attend the online certification class but no certification is issued until full payment has been received.

Special offers/bonuses

Occasionally, we provide discounts, bonuses, and special offers, with promotion deadlines specified in UK timezone. If a bonus is associated with a free trial subscription, it will be applied after the trial period ends and the first payment is processed. Should the user cancel the monthly access payments before this, the bonus will not be applied. Please note that we do not offer cash substitutes for bonuses.

Workshops – face to face training – booking terms

Our Connected Kids Trainers, trained by Connected Kids Ltd but operating independently, offer in-person training sessions on various dates. Please consult each trainer directly for their respective customer terms.

Please note that Connected Kids Ltd bears no responsibility for the training or content provided by other Connected Kids Trainers within the Connected Kids Programme. Refer to each trainer’s terms and conditions for your course bookings.

Online course – booking and certification terms

The foundation and professional module and certification class online training is *exclusively and directly purchased through Connected Kids Ltd.

For professional members in training, a 12-month window from purchase is provided to schedule an online class for certification.

Should this timeframe be nearing expiration, scheduling an extension is necessary to extend the allotted time to book the online cerfication class.

We allow one extension to booking the online class. If the timeframe lapses, and no more than 3 months has elapsed since the booking expiry date, a 12 month booking extension ($149) must be purchased. If the student books but does not attend, they will be required to purchase the extension ($149) to complete to certification. Contact us to arrange this. Failure to arrange an extension, members will be unable to complete the course to certification (you will retain lifetime access to the professional modules). Extensions must be purchased no more than 3 months after the submission deadline.

For professional members who have attended the online certification class but have not submitted their assessment within 12 months of the certifcation class, they are required to book a 6 month extension ($249). If no extension is purchased, members will be unable to complete the course to certification. Extensions must be purchased before the submission deadline.

Accredited certification from Connected Kids ltd for the online professional course is exclusively granted to members who fulfill all modules (foundation and professional), attend the online certification class, and pass the course assessment.

If using the code ‘noncert’ when purchasing the course, you will be opting to take the non-certified professional connected kids training – 12 months module access only, no certification, cpd/ce or assessment.

*With special permission, our independent trainers may offer the foundation course as online sessions. They may also receive permission to deliver the professional training online using modules supplied by Connected Kids ltd. These trainers were determine their terms and conditions – contact them directly.

Following any advice from courses/books

Connected Kids Trainers do not hold medical qualifications. When undertaking the Connected Kids course or reading the Calm Kids/Connected Kids books, it’s essential to refrain from discontinuing any children’s medication without consulting a qualified medical professional. Additionally, our suggestions should not be substituted for professional medical advice.

Tutor register

Only our certified tutors can enroll in this register. Registration fees are non-refundable. Tutors will retain a lifetime presence on the register, contingent upon the accuracy of their details and adherence to training guidelines. These tutors operate independently from Connected Kids Ltd and are accountable for their own professional indemnity insurance, terms, and customer service.

Masterclass training

Open to Connected Kids members or professionals currently working with trauma experienced young people. No refunds are offered on this purchase.

Contacting Connected Kids Tutors

Upon becoming a Connected Kids tutor, we see sight of a disclosure/police check to verify the absence of criminal convictions. Our responsibility for their status ceases once registered on our website. Should you have any concerns, feel free to request this information directly from the Connected Kids tutor you wish to contact.

Gift Cards

This gift card is not exchangeable for cash or replaced if lost or stolen. The gift card is redeemable for products/services in the online store at www.connected-kids.com (Connected Kids Ltd). Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
