Welcome to these free resources – meditation for kids, where we will inspire you with mindful ideas to share with young people.
Sharing good practice – meditation for kids
I have been teaching meditation to young people (directly or through the people we train) for over 2 decades. I’ve worked with Autism, ADHD, trauma and other areas of SEN too.
This free resources is to inspire you to try one of our mindful ideas.
It could be an idea that came from a teaching session by one of our professional tutors. Or it is a creative way to take a mindful/meditation practice and make it appealing (age and stage) to young people.
I know not everyone is interested in taking a course or becoming certified, so that’s why we offer this for free with the option to ‘say thanks’ with a donation so we can keep sharing.
Thank you.
