Supporting others to feel healthier, lighter, and brighter has been an invisible thread in my life.
My name is Lise (officially Elisabeth) and I am a Connected Kids tutor based near Lausanne, Switzerland.
I am originally from Belgium and have a background in Physiotherapy and Acupuncture. Moving countries several times for my husband’s work made me discover new places, new passions and new ways to contribute to this world! I have been teaching children mindfulness & meditation since 2016 and offer Children’s meditation in English, Dutch and French. I teach individual sessions for children on ZOOM.
Children love meditation!
It is in their nature to be full of “heart power”. Guiding children through relaxation, offering them skills to process daily life and returning to their true nature, is an honour and the children teach me as much as I teach them.
As a Connected Kids Trainer I also teach the Connected Kids Foundation training: Teaching adults how to bring meditation within their family, to improve sleep, reduce stress and connect as a family in an intuitive heart-centered way.
I truly believe that through mindfulness and meditation we realise we have so many choices and we all can create the life we are meant to live.
This is why I teach meditation. I feel a new world emerging, even if we don’t always see the change (yet). And we all have our special mission to contribute to this new world.
