Children’s fiction – Meditation for kids
Children’s fiction – Meditation for kids; this book is about an anxious 10-year-old boy, Robbie, who doesn’t trust anyone.
10-year-old Robbie feels anxious ALL the time.
He has no home, no friends, and no hope.
Living his lonely life, he suddenly meets a strange dog called *Jess.
Jess is no ordinary dog. She has magical skills that could help him discover his inner superpowers.
Can he trust Jess and will she help him discover a new life?
Ava (age 11)
Helping anxious children feel better
This children’s fiction was written for children who struggle. The story will take them on a journey where Jess, the mindful dog, helps guide them to learn new skills to help them feel happier, more confident and safe.
The book was written by Lorraine Murray, founder of Connected Kids (who has taught thousands of children meditation – worldwide), has two further guidebooks about teaching meditation and has fostered 17 children. Her dog, Jess, inspired her to write this book.
The legacy of Jess
Sadly our beautiful Jess passed away peacefully on 30th November 2024.
She was 13 years old in dog years… (74 in human years).
To remember her and the wonderful dog she was, Lorraine has created a free meditation.
It will help all ages connect to Jess’s energy and can help with healing and balance when experiencing grief.
Please listen here and if you share, we would be grateful if you could add the #bemorejess.
