Mindful Trauma-sensitive Energy Awareness training

Trauma sensitive meditation training: working with children who are trauma-experienced requires a special set of skills.

The Mindful Trauma-sensitive Energy Awareness training guides professionals to bring this into their professional work with young people – blending trauma methodologies with Eastern energy and meditation practices.

As a professional, the training can advance your work with young people:

  • help them access and use practical mindful self-regulation skills
  • guide them to trust their insights and develop self-compassion
  • gently and intuitively help them process the energy of grief
  • help them to connect and mindfully use their personal strengths and inner resources
  • guide them to develop skills for self-support and healthy choices.

In the Mindful Trauma-sensitive Energy Awareness (MTEA) training, we offer participants CE/CPD points depending on whether you require certification or module-only access.

This course brings trauma-sensitive mindfulness and intuitive energy skills into your restorative professional practices through self-study modules with email support throughout.  You have the option for further support through optional online group sessions/ACES healing workshop – helping you teach skills to children and teens.

“I have found it immensely helpful and there are so many ways it has helped me but also all the children I work with.”

“I loved the training. The mind-body connection was very apparent. As someone whose work has been centered around trauma for the last 3 years, I thought I knew a lot, but I have so many takeaways from this course. I would recommend this to others who are looking for person-centered and trauma-sensitive training that will support their work with children and young people. “
