Mindful Trauma-sensitive Energy Awareness training
Trauma-sensitive meditation training: working with children who are trauma-experienced requires a special set of skills.
The Mindful Trauma-sensitive Energy Awareness training guides professionals to bring this into their professional work with young people – blending trauma methodologies with Eastern energy and meditation practices.
As a professional, the training can advance your work with young people:
- help them access and use practical mindful self-regulation skills
- guide them to trust their insights and develop self-compassion
- gently and intuitively help them process the energy of grief
- help them to connect and mindfully use their personal strengths and inner resources
- guide them to develop skills for self-support and healthy choices.
In the Mindful Trauma-sensitive Energy Awareness (MTEA) training, we offer participants CE/CPD points depending on whether you require certification or module-only access.
This course brings trauma-sensitive mindfulness and intuitive energy skills into your restorative professional practices through self-study modules with email support throughout. You have the option for further support through optional online group sessions/ACES healing workshop – helping you teach skills to children and teens.
