Post-compra

If this is to extend your assessment deadline, you will receive an email confirming your new submission deadline and an invitation link to book the online class.

Si usted have already attended an online certification class, attendance is optional (it can offer a good refresh opportunity).

If you haven’t attended the online certification class, this is mandatory and you will have to book in within the 12 months extension. Please check times and dates availability aquí (we publish these 6 months in advance)

If your access to the modules has ended, this purchase will give you 12 months access to the professional and foundation modules.  After purchase we will set this up on your member login within 48 hours.

Please note we reserve the right to withdraw this product at any time. If this product is no longer available, to gain certification you will need to repurchase the full course – subject to availability.
