How does it work?
In just 5 days we’ll walk you, step by step, through a simple, effective journey to help bring more mindful calm into your family home (and life).
Why Embrace the meditation challenge?
Well at Connected Kids, we have been guiding stressed-out adults to learn (and teach) meditation to young people for the last 2 decades, so we know that a heart-centered approach really works.
And we want you to join us (for free!)
Each day we’ll share a simple (and effective) mindful tool to help you turn chaos into calm – using meditation and mindful skills that we will share to (ultimately) help you and your family.
Each task should take no more than 15 minutes to complete! (Though you can earn extra credits if you choose to complete the additional tasks to boost your confidence).
Lorraine E Murray and a selection of Connected Kids Tutors and Trainers will be your guides on this 5 day journey. With over 2 decades of teaching young and old how to meditate – including those with SEN, Autism, ADHD and trauma, they bring a world of experience and a passionate dedication to helping children, teens and their families embrace mindful skills.
