Apply for the School Discount – Mindfulness Training

If you would like to apply for the school discount for the Connected Kids Foundation course, please complete this form.

Please note that we will have a restricted number of places available with this offer

Classroom assistant – Evidence

Please provide an email/letter from your Headteacher to confirm you work as a classroom assistant in their school.
This is required to qualify for the discount.
• Letter must be on headed paper (this can be sent as an image by email)
• email from school email address and confirming name and status of HT.

Once we have this evidence we can either:

• a/send an invoice to your school for payment
• or b/send you a payment request to your email address. On receipt of payment, your access to the course/place on the course will be confirmed.

It will be subject to our terms and conditions and those of our trainers.
We will review applications on the following dates and advise the lucky participants within 2 weeks of these deadlines.
