Paternidad apegada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Me encant\u00f3 que me pidieran hablar en la cumbre Happy Parenting (en l\u00ednea) que comenz\u00f3 esta semana. Son 25 expertos de todo el mundo que dan consejos sobre una experiencia de crianza m\u00e1s feliz y el efecto en sus hijos. (Mi art\u00edculo sobre c\u00f3mo ense\u00f1ar meditaci\u00f3n a los ni\u00f1os es el viernes 9 de agosto de 2013, pero est\u00e1 grabado para que puedas escucharlo m\u00e1s tarde).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paternidad apegada<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Decid\u00ed escuchar las charlas tambi\u00e9n (adem\u00e1s de participar). Hoy hay una paz maravillosa en <a title=\"apego parental\" href=\"http:\/\/org2.salsalabs.com\/o\/5590\/p\/salsa\/web\/common\/public\/signup?signup_page_KEY=8091\" target=\"_blank\">Paternidad apegada<\/a> de Barbara Nicholson y lo que fue intrigante fue la parte en la que habl\u00f3 sobre la lactancia materna (y la alimentaci\u00f3n con biber\u00f3n) y c\u00f3mo ser realmente consciente de su hijo mientras lo hace: sonriendo, contacto visual, abrazarlo, en otras palabras, sentir la energ\u00eda de amor. Fue fascinante.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Me di cuenta de que esto era exactamente lo que toco en mi <a title=\"libro tranquilo para ni\u00f1os\" href=\"https:\/\/teachchildrenmeditation.com\/es\/calm-kids-book\/\" target=\"_blank\">Libro Calm Kids<\/a> en la secci\u00f3n &#039;meditaci\u00f3n para beb\u00e9s&#039;. Hablo de lo importante que es estar consciente al cargar a su beb\u00e9. Tal vez piense que lo est\u00e1, pero a menudo nuestros pensamientos est\u00e1n estresados con lo que creemos que tenemos que hacer o c\u00f3mo deben comportarse nuestros beb\u00e9s. Sin embargo, Barbara tambi\u00e9n me hizo considerar la parte de la alimentaci\u00f3n y c\u00f3mo esta era una oportunidad perfecta para practicar la conciencia plena para reducir el estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Romper las reglas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hace poco estuve cuidando ni\u00f1os. Nos hab\u00edan dado instrucciones claras sobre c\u00f3mo alimentar al beb\u00e9 (\u00a1se extrajo leche materna para que supi\u00e9ramos que era preciosa!) Y luego acostar al beb\u00e9. \u00a1Bueno, ella no ten\u00eda nada de eso! Llorando y aullando desde el momento en que se fueron sus padres. Pasamos alg\u00fan tiempo tratando de seguir las &#039;reglas&#039; pero nos dimos cuenta de que no estaba funcionando. Recuerdo que me sent\u00ed ansioso mientras intent\u00e1bamos alimentarla y obviamente esa ansiedad se estaba transfiriendo a ella (tiene 10 meses). Y ... ella simplemente no estaba interesada. As\u00ed que decidimos tener un rato de juego suave con ella, para distraerla de la conciencia de que sus padres no estaban cerca. Ella se calm\u00f3 (como nosotros).<\/p>\n<p>Luego la llev\u00e9 arriba a su cama (se\u00f1al del llanto) pero esta vez pudimos ver que estaba muy cansada pero luchando contra eso. As\u00ed que la metimos en la cama y puse mi mano en su barriga (ella la agarr\u00f3 por las manos, todav\u00eda llorando) y me concentr\u00e9 en sentirme tranquila y enviarle amor. Fue incre\u00edble cuando comenz\u00f3 a calmarse y comenz\u00f3 a quedarse dormida. Le tom\u00f3 unos 10 minutos, pero finalmente se durmi\u00f3 durante unas horas. (Un pa\u00f1al mojado la despert\u00f3, as\u00ed que tuvimos que hacerlo todo de nuevo).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Confiando en tus instintos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lo que me mostr\u00f3 fue que a pesar de que nos hab\u00edan dado &quot;reglas&quot;, ten\u00edamos que confiar en nuestra intuici\u00f3n y en lo que se sent\u00eda correcto en ese momento. Y era importante estar realmente tranquila (dif\u00edcil cuando un beb\u00e9 llora fuerte) pero gracias a mi pr\u00e1ctica de meditaci\u00f3n, fue posible y la ayud\u00f3 a calmarse.<\/p>\n<p>Entonces, cuando Barbara habl\u00f3 en la cumbre de hoy, mencion\u00f3 la idea de estar conectada con su hijo mientras lo alimenta ... y esto me hizo pensar en mi experiencia. Que cuando te est\u00e9s alimentando, esta podr\u00eda ser una oportunidad ideal para practicar tu propia meditaci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n plena. Este sentimiento tranquilo y centrado que experimenta se transferir\u00e1 a su hijo y, como dijo B\u00e1rbara, se est\u00e1n desarrollando tantas v\u00edas neuronales como un beb\u00e9 que esta experiencia les da un sentido de confianza en el mundo, ya que son alimentados por sus seres queridos.<\/p>\n<p>Entonces, un consejo importante para usted mientras intenta alimentarse es notar su respiraci\u00f3n, contarla si esto ayuda, y concentrarse en la inhalaci\u00f3n y exhalaci\u00f3n completa. Haga esto mientras levanta a su beb\u00e9, carga a su beb\u00e9, alimenta a su beb\u00e9.
