Esto me llev\u00f3 a compartir algunas ideas que podr\u00edan ayudarlo si est\u00e1 preocupado por viajar y c\u00f3mo podemos incorporar la atenci\u00f3n plena y la meditaci\u00f3n para ayudar a aliviar algunos de los problemas del viaje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Centr\u00e1ndose en la respiraci\u00f3n <\/strong>muchos de nosotros sabemos lo poderosa que es la respiraci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, es importante ayudar a sus hijos a aprender sobre la respiraci\u00f3n para ayudarlos a sentirse m\u00e1s tranquilos.
