(\u00a1hasta que las cosas realmente se ponen en forma de pera!)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ser sin conexi\u00f3n a tierra significa<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sentirse abrumado<\/li>\n<li>incapaz de pensar con claridad<\/li>\n<li>en la respuesta de lucha \/ huida \/ congelaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Sensible a los dem\u00e1s \/ al entorno que provoca reacciones fuertes<\/li>\n<li>incapaz de dormir f\u00e1cilmente<\/li>\n<li>Coordinacion pobre<\/li>\n<li>poca atenci\u00f3n en una tarea<\/li>\n<li>nunca completar nada<\/li>\n<li>con ganas de comer y pastar<\/li>\n<li>tensi\u00f3n en el cuerpo<\/li>\n<li>incapaz de relajarse y desconectar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Si esto le suena familiar (tal vez su propio estado de bienestar o el de sus hijos), entonces esto es lo que queremos decir con &quot;no tener conexi\u00f3n a tierra&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>El estilo de vida actual hace poco para apoyar nuestra sensaci\u00f3n de sentirnos enraizados;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sobreexpuesto a la tecnolog\u00eda,<\/li>\n<li>dieta (uso excesivo de estimulantes \/ az\u00facar),<\/li>\n<li>falta de juego f\u00edsico para los ni\u00f1os,<\/li>\n<li>falta de estar en la naturaleza ...<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2026 Son algunos de los problemas que contribuyen a que un joven se sienta sin conexi\u00f3n a tierra.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, si un ni\u00f1o est\u00e1 en el espectro autista o tiene TDAH, entonces &#039;estar conectado a tierra&#039; es un desaf\u00edo m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil, ya que carecen de los sistemas de filtrado (trastorno del procesamiento sensorial), por lo que su sistema nervioso se activa m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente.<\/p>\n<p>Es por eso que ense\u00f1amos a adultos, educadores, profesionales y cuidadores c\u00f3mo ayudar a sus hijos a conectar conscientemente su energ\u00eda, porque es como una balsa salvavidas cuando su energ\u00eda est\u00e1 &#039;en el mar&#039;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comportamiento dif\u00edcil en el aula \/ vida hogare\u00f1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/education\/2017\/mar\/24\/behaviour-is-a-national-problem-in-schools-in-england-review-finds\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">incrementar<\/a> en conductas dif\u00edciles en el aula, en casa y una creciente falta de resiliencia, inteligencia emocional y autorregulaci\u00f3n ... todo se puede manejar de manera m\u00e1s efectiva si ayudamos al joven<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>identificar c\u00f3mo est\u00e1n sin conexi\u00f3n a tierra<\/li>\n<li>y ens\u00e9\u00f1eles c\u00f3mo poner a tierra su energ\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>y ay\u00fadelos a darse cuenta de cu\u00e1ndo est\u00e1n perdiendo la conexi\u00f3n a tierra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Suena simple (y lo es) pero solo se necesita pr\u00e1ctica constante y regular para ver los resultados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Y comienza contigo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si no est\u00e1 conectado a tierra (piense en los s\u00edntomas enumerados anteriormente), ser\u00e1 imposible que ayude a un joven a estar m\u00e1s conectado a tierra.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, comienzas a practicar c\u00f3mo aterrizar antes<a href=\"\/es\/www.teachchildrenmeditation.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-5854\" src=\"https:\/\/www.teachchildrenmeditation.com\/files\/2019\/01\/shutterstock_706612750.jpg\" alt=\"girl hugging tree meditation\" width=\"179\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/teachchildrenmeditation.com\/files\/2019\/01\/shutterstock_706612750.jpg 357w, https:\/\/teachchildrenmeditation.com\/files\/2019\/01\/shutterstock_706612750-214x300.jpg 214w, https:\/\/teachchildrenmeditation.com\/files\/2019\/01\/shutterstock_706612750-300x420.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 179px) 100vw, 179px\" \/><\/a> empiezas a ense\u00f1ar a tus hijos.<\/p>\n<p>Luego presenta estas ideas <em>atentamente<\/em>\u00a0y <em>compasivamente<\/em> para ni\u00f1os. As\u00ed es como ayudamos a las personas a ense\u00f1ar a sus hijos o convertirse en maestros de meditaci\u00f3n profesional en nuestro programa Connected Kids.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>T\u00e9cnicas de puesta a tierra 101<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La respiraci\u00f3n es clave. Es el primer aspecto de nuestra fisiolog\u00eda que cambia cuando nos estamos volviendo desarraigados.<\/p>\n<p>Es posible que haya escuchado la respiraci\u00f3n llamada &quot;ancla&quot; en la meditaci\u00f3n.
