Es algo que podemos utilizar para ayudar a los ni\u00f1os a aprender la atenci\u00f3n plena, la meditaci\u00f3n y ayudar a mejorar sus niveles de concentraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>El maestro de la campana<\/strong><br \/>\nEl &#039;maestro de campana&#039; es la persona que se encarga de invitar a la campana a cantar. Si est\u00e1 trabajando con un grupo de ni\u00f1os, es posible que todos los d\u00edas se lleve a cabo una meditaci\u00f3n en la que un ni\u00f1o tome su turno como &quot;maestro de campana&quot;. Quiz\u00e1s sean reconocidos como los maestros de la campana por su amabilidad con los dem\u00e1s o su buen comportamiento o el mayor progreso en su trabajo escolar; depende de usted c\u00f3mo usar esto para ayudar a motivar a los ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Namaste<\/strong><br \/>\nLa campana (cuenco tibetano) se encuentra frente al maestro de campana. Se inclinan ante la campana y, al hacerlo, se inclinan ante la energ\u00eda pac\u00edfica de la campana y la energ\u00eda pac\u00edfica dentro de ellos.<\/p>\n<p>Se concentran en su respiraci\u00f3n y, conscientes de su respiraci\u00f3n, levantan el cuenco con ambas manos (suavemente).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Invitando a la campana a cantar<\/strong><br \/>\nPermiten que el cuenco descanse en la palma de una mano (con los dedos estirados como si fueran los p\u00e9talos de una flor abierta en plena floraci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n<p>Con la otra mano, con cuidado, con atenci\u00f3n, levantan el &#039;timbre de invitaci\u00f3n&#039; (el mazo de madera que se usa para invitar a la campana a cantar). Les mostramos a los ni\u00f1os que no estamos tocando el timbre, ya que esto representa violencia, sino que estamos <em>atractivo <\/em>la campana para cantar.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras se concentran en su respiraci\u00f3n, pueden en silencio o en voz alta (puede ayudarlos con esto) repetir un peque\u00f1o * poema a la campana;<\/p>\n<p>Mientras inhalo, noto esta hermosa campana<br \/>\nMientras exhalo, abro mi coraz\u00f3n a la campana<br \/>\nMientras respiro, dejo que mi aliento toque mi coraz\u00f3n con la campana<br \/>\nMientras exhalo le pido a la campana que cante y toque los corazones de los dem\u00e1s con paz<\/p>\n<p>Luego llevan el mazo suavemente a la campana para &#039;despertarla&#039; toc\u00e1ndola suavemente. Luego, la pr\u00f3xima vez que acerquen el mazo con m\u00e1s firmeza a la campana, la oir\u00e1n cantar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Respirando con la campana<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cuando la campana est\u00e1 cantando, usted y sus hijos pueden escucharla (con los ojos cerrados o abiertos) mientras respiran con el sonido. Es \u00fatil verlo en acci\u00f3n. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=E6aYE3irqFQ&amp;feature=related\" target=\"_blank\">Video de invitando a Bells a cantar<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Me gusta comenzar (y a veces terminar) una pr\u00e1ctica de meditaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s larga con grupos que usan &#039;invitar a la campana a cantar&#039; o se convierte en una meditaci\u00f3n corta por derecho propio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Campanas alternativas de atenci\u00f3n plena<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A veces podemos utilizar el ruido cotidiano de nuestro entorno para esta atenci\u00f3n plena de la respiraci\u00f3n y el sonido.
