Eso simplemente no es cierto.<\/p>\n<p>Lo que aprendes a trav\u00e9s de la meditaci\u00f3n es manejar, procesar y lidiar con esos sentimientos y pensamientos dif\u00edciles. En otras palabras, construyes resistencia a la adversidad. La atenci\u00f3n plena tambi\u00e9n puede proporcionar la motivaci\u00f3n para el cambio o incluso la soluci\u00f3n creativa al problema que crea la adversidad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>As\u00ed que para m\u00ed es una obviedad ense\u00f1arles esto a nuestros hijos.<\/strong> \u00a0Estamos creando un mundo muy hostil a trav\u00e9s de la pol\u00edtica, el materialismo y el terrorismo. Ofrecer a nuestros hijos una habilidad de atenci\u00f3n plena no significa que no tendr\u00e1n que vivir en este mundo, pero les dar\u00e1 las habilidades para navegar por \u00e9l (y cuando se conviertan en adultos, l\u00edderes mundiales e inventores, \u00a1quiz\u00e1s lo cambien!)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pero analicemos los aspectos de la resiliencia uno por uno.<\/strong> y vea c\u00f3mo la meditaci\u00f3n realmente puede ayudar a los ni\u00f1os a aprender y desarrollar esto para su futuro.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo a<a href=\"https:\/\/psychcentral.com\/lib\/what-is-resilience\/\" target=\"_blank\"> Psychcentral, <\/a>la resiliencia tiene 5 factores clave:<\/p>\n<p><strong>No. 1 - Relaciones<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cUna combinaci\u00f3n de factores contribuye a la resiliencia. La vida tiene desaf\u00edos y nuestros hijos lo enfrentar\u00e1n una y otra vez (desde la escuela hasta la vejez). El abuso de alcohol o drogas es el camino que toman muchos j\u00f3venes, ya que carecen de autoestima para hacer frente a los desaf\u00edos.<\/p>\n<p>Una de las cosas que he aprendido sobre la meditaci\u00f3n es aceptar qui\u00e9n soy, no solo las partes agradables, sino tambi\u00e9n las que no me gustan. El aprendizaje de la atenci\u00f3n plena ha influido en mis decisiones en la vida y con qui\u00e9n paso mi tiempo y c\u00f3mo trato mi cuerpo con la comida y el alcohol.
