Los comentarios que recibo de clientes y estudiantes tienen un tema en com\u00fan ...<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>uso excesivo de la tecnolog\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>ruptura en la comunicaci\u00f3n familiar<\/li>\n<li>el tama\u00f1o de las clases de la escuela es demasiado grande<\/li>\n<li>maestros bajo estr\u00e9s \/ agotamiento constante<\/li>\n<li>presi\u00f3n constante sobre los resultados acad\u00e9micos y el rendimiento<\/li>\n<li>reducir los presupuestos y el tiempo para financiar la salud mental y el bienestar.<\/li>\n<li>marketing no \u00e9tico de alcohol y drogas y sexo dirigido a adolescentes<\/li>\n<li>Aumento de problemas de salud como el autismo y el TDAH y las escuelas no saben c\u00f3mo hacer frente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Suena como una receta para el desastre.<\/strong> y en mi opini\u00f3n lo es. Estamos fallando a nuestros j\u00f3venes con los sistemas sociales, econ\u00f3micos, educativos y pol\u00edticos que hemos desarrollado.<\/p>\n<p>Quiz\u00e1s no podamos aclarar este l\u00edo que hemos creado. \u00a0<strong>Pero s\u00ed tenemos que darles a los j\u00f3venes algunas herramientas para la vida que puedan ayudarlos a hacer frente a estos desaf\u00edos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Queremos que nuestros ni\u00f1os y adolescentes:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>sentir mentalmente y<strong> emocionalmente equilibrado<\/strong> en situaciones desafiantes<\/li>\n<li>Sentir <strong>seguro<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0para producir cambio cuando son nuestros l\u00edderes<\/li>\n<li>ser - estar <strong>sano<\/strong> y arraigados en sus cuerpos f\u00edsicos<\/li>\n<li>para verse a s\u00ed mismos como<strong> parte de una comunidad m\u00e1s amplia<\/strong> - honrar su lugar en la sociedad desde un lugar de equilibrio entre la cabeza y el coraz\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>prosperar y brillar<\/strong> - especialmente aquellos ni\u00f1os en el espectro autista o con otros problemas de salud<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Creo que la meditaci\u00f3n puede ayudarlos a hacer esto.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>C\u00f3mo la meditaci\u00f3n beneficia a ni\u00f1os y adolescentes<\/h2>\n<p><strong>En primer lugar<\/strong>, necesitamos cambiar la forma en que pensamos sobre la meditaci\u00f3n. Necesitamos conectarnos con ellos usando su idioma, sus intereses y adaptarlo a sus habilidades.<\/p>\n<p><strong>en segundo lugar<\/strong> necesitamos modelar el comportamiento que queremos que tengan nuestros j\u00f3venes. No tiene sentido tratar de ense\u00f1ar a los j\u00f3venes alguna habilidad para equilibrar la vida, como la meditaci\u00f3n, si estamos estresados hasta la empu\u00f1adura, no dormimos, si usamos alcohol o comida para reprimir nuestros pensamientos y emociones. Es como decirles a los ni\u00f1os que dejen de comer comida chatarra ya que tenemos la mano en el tarro de las galletas.<\/p>\n<p>Simplemente no se va a lavar con los j\u00f3venes inteligentes en nuestras vidas. Reconocen un falso cuando lo ven.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En tercer lugar<\/strong> debemos mostrarles que tenemos todas las herramientas que necesitamos para equilibrarnos. Mostr\u00e1ndoles c\u00f3mo trabajar con el cuerpo y la respiraci\u00f3n para salir de la respuesta normal al estr\u00e9s (o estados de estr\u00e9s cr\u00f3nico); ya tienen las herramientas. Simplemente necesitamos mostrarles c\u00f3mo usarlos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Finalmente<\/strong>, necesitamos educarnos con la informaci\u00f3n sobre c\u00f3mo nuestros estilos de vida est\u00e1n afectando el desarrollo cerebral de ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes. Esto ayudar\u00e1 a motivar el cambio en la sociedad y traer\u00e1 cambios muy necesarios.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e9 que la meditaci\u00f3n puede hacer esto, ya que la he practicado durante m\u00e1s de 25 a\u00f1os.<\/strong> y ense\u00f1ado durante los \u00faltimos 14 a\u00f1os.
