Es c\u00f3mo funciona nuestro cerebro y c\u00f3mo nos ayuda a interpretar la vida.<\/p>\n<p>Si nuestro cerebro est\u00e1 conectado de manera diferente, entonces puede ser un desaf\u00edo responder a la vida de la manera que queremos (hasta que nos demos cuenta de esto, \u00a1es decir, tener una pr\u00e1ctica de meditaci\u00f3n te hace consciente de esto!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Por eso cuando ense\u00f1o el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/teachchildrenmeditation.com\/es\/connected-kids-training\/\" target=\"_blank\">Programa de ni\u00f1os conectados<\/a><\/strong>, no ofrecemos una idea r\u00e1pida de c\u00f3mo ense\u00f1ar meditaci\u00f3n a los ni\u00f1os. Mostramos a los adultos c\u00f3mo sintonizarse con ellos mismos y sus necesidades.<\/p>\n<p>Esta habilidad (una habilidad para la vida en mi opini\u00f3n) puede ayudarlos a sintonizar con los j\u00f3venes que esperan ense\u00f1ar. C\u00f3mo puede ser un desaf\u00edo ense\u00f1arles a los ni\u00f1os sobre esto porque somos adultos y pensamos como adultos.<\/p>\n<p>A veces asumimos que los ni\u00f1os simplemente lo entender\u00e1n. En su lugar, tenemos que ponernos en sus zapatos e imaginar lo que necesitan para poder guiarlos hacia la respiraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Esta<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/31.media.tumblr.com\/b1406ea40336dc68e5404b380c391d96\/tumblr_nsj9tcMOgY1qkv5xlo1_500.gif\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>gr\u00e1fico<\/strong> yo<\/a>una excelente manera de mostrarles a los ni\u00f1os c\u00f3mo funciona la respiraci\u00f3n. Yo tambien hablo de<a href=\"https:\/\/teachchildrenmeditation.com\/es\/resources\/books\/autism-kids-meditation\/\" target=\"_blank\"> diferentes aproximaciones<\/a> a la respiraci\u00f3n en mi segundo libro &#039;Connected Kids&#039; que muestra c\u00f3mo ense\u00f1ar a los ni\u00f1os en el espectro autista o que tienen necesidades especiales.<\/p>\n<h3>Ten\u00eda una intenci\u00f3n final ...<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Quer\u00eda compartir contigo mi propia rutina.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Como yo <strong>mantengo los pies en el suelo cuando me siento desanimado o abrumado.<\/strong> \u00a0Ves que la gente piensa porque practico la meditaci\u00f3n que esto nunca me pasa. Lo hace. Pero reconozco los s\u00edntomas muy, muy r\u00e1pidamente, y act\u00fao.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Doy pasos<\/strong> salir y pasear a mi perro en la naturaleza.<\/p>\n<p>Yo uso el<strong> color rojo<\/strong> (conexi\u00f3n a tierra que viene a trav\u00e9s del chakra ra\u00edz).<\/p>\n<p>Yo practico un<strong> meditaci\u00f3n de puesta a tierra<\/strong> - como la meditaci\u00f3n del \u00e1rbol.<\/p>\n<p>Quer\u00eda hablar sobre c\u00f3mo cambiar tu postura (pies firmemente en el suelo) puede marcar una gran diferencia en c\u00f3mo te sientes; as\u00ed es como funciona la postura de la monta\u00f1a en el yoga.
