Debe introducirse en el plan de estudios de la escuela de la misma manera que incluimos las ciencias y las artes.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando (eventualmente) se presente (con suerte en mi vida) ayudar\u00e1 tanto al personal docente estresado como a los estudiantes abrumados.<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Incrementar\u00eda los resultados acad\u00e9micos. \u00a0<\/strong>A los j\u00f3venes les resultar\u00eda m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil estudiar y aprender: la meditaci\u00f3n ayuda al cerebro a estar menos estresado y esto lo ayuda a retener informaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Calmar\u00eda comportamientos reactivos (agresi\u00f3n, ira).<\/strong> \u00a0Ayudar\u00eda a ense\u00f1ar a los j\u00f3venes c\u00f3mo activar su corteza prefrontal, lo que a su vez les ayuda a autorregularse. Cuando el funcionamiento ejecutivo del cerebro aumenta, estimula a los hemisferios del cerebro a tener una conexi\u00f3n neuronal m\u00e1s clara y efectiva. Esto ayuda con la toma de decisiones y el desarrollo de respuestas creativas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reducir\u00eda los niveles de estr\u00e9s de los j\u00f3venes.<\/strong> Los j\u00f3venes est\u00e1n abrumados por la vida. Conozco el maravilloso trabajo de otras organizaciones como la Mindfulness Association. Todos estamos trabajando para incorporar esto al sistema escolar.
