Su aliento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As\u00ed que quer\u00eda ense\u00f1ar a los adultos c\u00f3mo ayudar a los ni\u00f1os a conectarse con su respiraci\u00f3n, su cuerpo, sus sentimientos, la tierra y entre ellos. Connected Kids fue.<\/p>\n<p>No conozco tu experiencia con la meditaci\u00f3n, pero la m\u00eda es personal; cada experiencia es \u00fanica y es la <strong>herramienta m\u00e1s poderosa que he descubierto.<\/strong> \u00a0Por eso quiero compartirlo con los dem\u00e1s, y especialmente con los j\u00f3venes.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez trabaj\u00e9 junto a un psicoterapeuta que me aconsej\u00f3 que si los j\u00f3venes aprend\u00edan a meditar, <strong>Ay\u00fadelos a procesar muchas situaciones dif\u00edciles con m\u00e1s facilidad.<\/strong> y significa que no estaba guardado para la adultez (en otras palabras, \u00a1se quedar\u00eda sin trabajo!)<\/p>\n<p>Ayudar a nuestras futuras generaciones de ni\u00f1os a sentirse conectados no es una soluci\u00f3n \u00fanica para todos.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e9 que en esta \u00e9poca de gratificaci\u00f3n instant\u00e1nea y resultados r\u00e1pidos, eso puede parecer mucho trabajo porque piensas que vas a tener que aprender muchas t\u00e9cnicas nuevas y leer muchos libros para ayudar a tus hijos. \u00a0 <strong>Bueno, no estoy de acuerdo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Simplemente necesitas estar conectado. No a tu mente, sino a tu coraz\u00f3n. Cuando haces esto, tu enfoque de la meditaci\u00f3n se vuelve personalizado y no importa a qui\u00e9n est\u00e9s ense\u00f1ando; su edad, sus habilidades, sus intereses ... te conectar\u00e1s con ellos y<strong> estar\u00e1 mucho, mucho m\u00e1s cerca de ayudarlos a aprender c\u00f3mo la meditaci\u00f3n puede ayudarlos<\/strong> siente esa conexi\u00f3n con la vida.<\/p>\n<p>Es lo que ense\u00f1o. Es lo que practico. Y cada vez que lo hago, nunca deja de sorprenderme.<\/p>\n<p>Las personas en mis cursos o que leen mis libros piensan que est\u00e1n aprendiendo t\u00e9cnicas que pueden mostrarles a sus hijos.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00ed, los ni\u00f1os tienen problemas y ense\u00f1arles meditaci\u00f3n puede ayudar. Sin embargo, para hacerlo, el adulto tiene que salir de la mente y entrar en su coraz\u00f3n. Al hacerlo, el adulto se conecta a su coraz\u00f3n. El adulto aprende a sanar. \u00a0<strong>El adulto se conecta a la vida.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Deje de lado la idea de que est\u00e1 tomando la mano de su hijo y gui\u00e1ndolo por un camino de meditaci\u00f3n que trae equilibrio, paz, conexi\u00f3n y curaci\u00f3n. es el ni\u00f1o o el joven quien te toma de la mano y t\u00fa est\u00e1s caminando, aprendiendo, sanando y conectando en ese camino.
