Este \u00faltimo era visto como religioso, mientras que la atenci\u00f3n plena no lo era. \u00a1Me pareci\u00f3 fascinante que existiera tal diferencia!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Entonces, \u00bfqu\u00e9 es la atenci\u00f3n plena y en qu\u00e9 se diferencia de la meditaci\u00f3n?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pong\u00e1moslo de esta manera\u2026<br \/>\n... la meditaci\u00f3n (para m\u00ed) es el t\u00e9rmino general para todas las diferentes formas en las que nos conectamos con nuestra esencia interior utilizando una amplia variedad de actividades o herramientas.<\/p>\n<p>Una de esas herramientas \/ actividades es la atenci\u00f3n plena. Tambi\u00e9n lo es el yoga, el tai chi y el chi gong, que son todas formas de meditaci\u00f3n en movimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de esto, tiene herramientas como cristales, mandalas, laberintos, cuencos cantores y meditaci\u00f3n guiada utilizando im\u00e1genes visuales que se incluyen en la palabra &#039;meditaci\u00f3n&#039;.<\/p>\n<p>Entonces, para m\u00ed, la meditaci\u00f3n cubre todo lo que podemos usar para ayudar a esta conexi\u00f3n sentida.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conciencia de s\u00ed mismo<br \/>\n<\/strong>Mindfulness (que originalmente llam\u00e9 &#039;autoconciencia&#039; en mi primer libro <a href=\"https:\/\/teachchildrenmeditation.com\/es\/resources\/books\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ni\u00f1os tranquilos<\/a>) es una pr\u00e1ctica de notar los pensamientos, emociones y sensaciones en el cuerpo a medida que surgen. Cuando digo &#039;quitar la niebla&#039; no se trata de hacerlo con fuerza. De hecho, necesitamos practicar una gran gentileza y compasi\u00f3n por nosotros mismos para hacer esto.<\/p>\n<p>Como puede ver, la atenci\u00f3n plena no es algo que pueda resumir en unas pocas palabras. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Or\u00edgenes de la atenci\u00f3n plena<br \/>\n<\/strong>Mindfulness se origina en el budismo (\u00a1as\u00ed que estaba bastante confundido cuando la palabra &#039;meditaci\u00f3n&#039; se ve\u00eda como religiosa!), Pero el trabajo de grandes escritores como Jon Kabat-Zinn y Rob Nairn han llevado la meditaci\u00f3n de mindfulness a la pr\u00e1ctica general, particularmente en medicina, ciencia y entornos educativos.<\/p>\n<p>Este documento de <a href=\"http:\/\/umassmed.edu\/uploadedFiles\/cfm2\/training\/JKZ_paper_Contemporary_Buddhism_2011.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Jon Kabat-Zinn<\/a> hace una lectura interesante sobre un hombre que estaba tratando de hacer que la pr\u00e1ctica de la atenci\u00f3n plena fuera accesible a la sociedad estadounidense. \u00a1Dir\u00eda que ha hecho un buen trabajo! Este trabajo se ha centrado en los mantras sagrados de las tradiciones indias.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La clave para ense\u00f1ar meditaci\u00f3n ...<\/strong><br \/>\nUna de las claves para ense\u00f1ar la meditaci\u00f3n es practicarla. No con una actitud r\u00edgida, sino con un enfoque de meditaci\u00f3n gentil, curioso y de coraz\u00f3n abierto. Animo a quienes practican la meditaci\u00f3n a considerar diferentes enfoques; tratar a cada uno con una conciencia gentil y compasiva.<\/p>\n<p>Si nos encontramos pensando &#039;no es as\u00ed como meditamos&#039;, entonces ya no estamos en el coraz\u00f3n, sino en la mente. Debemos estar abiertos a diferentes estilos y formas.<\/p>\n<p>Mi propia pr\u00e1ctica de meditaci\u00f3n ha cambiado considerablemente a lo largo de los a\u00f1os. Inicialmente siempre implic\u00f3 una visualizaci\u00f3n guiada. Luego practicaba trabajar con los centros de energ\u00eda (chakras) y recientemente me he tomado en cursos de atenci\u00f3n plena para encontrar otras formas de meditar.<\/p>\n<p>Lo encuentro todo fascinante y espero que te inspire a ser flexible con tu actitud hacia la meditaci\u00f3n. Tan pronto como tratamos de definirlo envolvi\u00e9ndolo con palabras, lo contenemos y la meditaci\u00f3n (como nosotros) es ilimitada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ense\u00f1ar meditaci\u00f3n a los j\u00f3venes<br \/>\n<\/strong>Cuando ense\u00f1amos meditaci\u00f3n a los ni\u00f1os, esta base de coraz\u00f3n abierto es la clave de lo que les muestro a las personas a trav\u00e9s del <a href=\"https:\/\/teachchildrenmeditation.com\/es\/connected-kids-training\/\" target=\"_blank\">Programa de ni\u00f1os conectados<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Muchos de los asistentes han estado practicando durante a\u00f1os, pero pueden llegar con una visi\u00f3n r\u00edgida de c\u00f3mo deber\u00eda ser la meditaci\u00f3n.
