Esta investigaci\u00f3n nos muestra que hay otra forma. \u00a1Colectivamente debemos despertarnos a esto y ver lo que estos ni\u00f1os nos est\u00e1n ense\u00f1ando!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Entonces, \u00bfc\u00f3mo puede ayudar la meditaci\u00f3n? \u00a1Seguramente eso implica quedarse quieto! (no inicialmente)<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Mi experiencia me muestra que cuando queremos ense\u00f1ar a los ni\u00f1os con TDAH meditaci\u00f3n, tenemos que jugar con sus puntos fuertes ... tenemos que reconocer d\u00f3nde est\u00e1 su energ\u00eda y si esa energ\u00eda implica movimiento, entonces tenemos que llevar esto a la meditaci\u00f3n. El movimiento y la meditaci\u00f3n no son polos opuestos, son socios.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ideas para meditaciones en movimiento (tambi\u00e9n conocidas como actividades conscientes)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cuando los adultos aprenden a meditar, tienden a hacerlo sentados y quietos (a menos que empiecen a practicar yoga, aunque muchos adultos inicialmente no ven el yoga como una forma de meditaci\u00f3n en movimiento, pero lo es).<\/p>\n<p>Si aplicamos los mismos principios conscientes de notar la respiraci\u00f3n, sentir el cuerpo, escuchar el sonido y sintonizarnos con otros sentidos, <strong>podemos convertir cualquier actividad en una meditaci\u00f3n consciente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cuando los ni\u00f1os corren<\/li>\n<li>Cuando los ni\u00f1os caminan<\/li>\n<li>Cuando los ni\u00f1os saltan<\/li>\n<li>\u00a1Cuando los ni\u00f1os hacen volteretas!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Todos tienen el potencial dentro de ellos para ser una mediaci\u00f3n. \u00bfC\u00f3mo? Ense\u00f1ar a los ni\u00f1os a notar realmente su cuerpo antes, durante y despu\u00e9s del movimiento. Sentir la respiraci\u00f3n para escuchar la respiraci\u00f3n, para ver la respiraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Luego, traemos m\u00e1s conciencia con la meditaci\u00f3n en movimiento como el yoga y el tai chi. Esto los lleva al siguiente paso para ayudarlos a equilibrar su energ\u00eda. Se mueven usando posturas de yoga \/ tai chi, pero lo hacen de manera consciente. El movimiento en s\u00ed aporta equilibrio a su sistema energ\u00e9tico, as\u00ed como a su cuerpo. Les ayuda a conectar su energ\u00eda. Y para m\u00ed ese es el problema ... necesitan ayuda con su conexi\u00f3n a tierra. Por eso se mueven, intr\u00ednsecamente saben que necesitan moverse para sentir el equilibrio. Necesitamos guiarlos para que hagan esto de manera m\u00e1s consciente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8 ni\u00f1os con TDAH aprendiendo a meditar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tengo una tutora de Connected Kids que se hizo cargo de 8 ni\u00f1os con TDAH; les ense\u00f1\u00f3 a hacer yoga y luego se sent\u00f3 por un momento de quietud. Al principio hubo resistencia, interrupciones y dificultades, pero ella persisti\u00f3 suavemente. Ten\u00edan 2 clases a la semana. Despu\u00e9s de un mes de sesiones, explic\u00f3 que solo pod\u00eda ofrecerles una sesi\u00f3n esa semana. Los ni\u00f1os se sintieron decepcionados y preguntaron por qu\u00e9 no ten\u00edan 2 sesiones de yoga y meditaci\u00f3n (en ese momento estaban sentados \/ acostados inm\u00f3viles durante m\u00e1s de 10 minutos en meditaci\u00f3n). Para los ni\u00f1os con TDAH, esto es nada menos que un milagro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sentirse tranquilo aumenta el aprendizaje<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El movimiento ayuda a los ni\u00f1os con TDAH a sentirse tranquilos y esto reduce el estr\u00e9s. Sabemos por estudios que cuando estamos relajados (por ejemplo, sin estr\u00e9s) al cerebro le resulta m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil aprender y retener informaci\u00f3n. Si los ni\u00f1os est\u00e1n estresados, no aprenden.
