{"id":16634,"date":"2024-10-11T10:04:48","date_gmt":"2024-10-11T10:04:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/teachchildrenmeditation.com\/?p=16634"},"modified":"2026-03-09T15:14:43","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T15:14:43","slug":"seed-of-peace-with-thich-nhat-hanh","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/teachchildrenmeditation.com\/es\/seed-of-peace-with-thich-nhat-hanh\/","title":{"rendered":"Semillas de paz con Thich Nhat Hanh"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Meditaci\u00f3n para ni\u00f1os y la obra de Thich Nhat Hanh<\/h2>\n<p>Thich Nhat Hanh falleci\u00f3 en enero de 2022, pero tuve la suerte de asistir a un retiro de educadores con \u00e9l y sus monjes en 2012, lo que me llev\u00f3 a compartir &#039;Semillas de paz con Thich Nhat Hanh&#039;.<a href=\"https:\/\/teachchildrenmeditation.com\/es\/meditation-benefits-connected-kids-training\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-225 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.teachchildrenmeditation.com\/files\/2012\/04\/thay1-226x300.jpg\" alt=\"Thich Nhat Hanh at Educators retreat in London - Mindfulness\" width=\"226\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/teachchildrenmeditation.com\/files\/2012\/04\/thay1-226x300.jpg 226w, https:\/\/teachchildrenmeditation.com\/files\/2012\/04\/thay1.jpg 313w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 226px) 100vw, 226px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Este blog describe una experiencia que cambi\u00f3 mi vida cuando conoc\u00ed al Maestro Zen de la meditaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En el momento de este retiro, en Occidente, el objetivo era que los adultos aprendieran a meditar, pero este retiro para educadores, terapeutas y profesionales se centr\u00f3 en ayudarlos a compartir habilidades de atenci\u00f3n plena con los j\u00f3venes. En su momento se consider\u00f3 pionero. Afortunadamente, se est\u00e1 volviendo m\u00e1s com\u00fan en hogares y escuelas de todo el mundo.<\/p>\n<p>Comparto las ense\u00f1anzas que saqu\u00e9 de ese retiro, tanto a nivel personal como profesional, y pretendo brindarles a ustedes y a sus hijos semillas de esperanza y paz, junto con pasos pr\u00e1cticos y recursos \u00fatiles que los puedan ayudar en su camino.<\/p>\n<div class='widescreen divider plain'><\/div>\n<h3><strong>Semillas de paz<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Los asistentes al retiro se centraron (al principio) en aprender t\u00e9cnicas espec\u00edficas que pudieran implementar en sus clases. El tema de las conductas problem\u00e1ticas en los j\u00f3venes fue un tema clave.<\/p>\n<p>Pero la experiencia fue mucho m\u00e1s que un simple conocimiento o el aprendizaje de nuevas habilidades. Para muchos qued\u00f3 claro que este retiro ofrecer\u00eda el potencial de una experiencia que cambiar\u00eda su vida. Thay, y las monjas y monjes budistas que trabajan con \u00e9l, introdujeron m\u00e9todos sencillos que nos llevaron a todos al mismo objetivo.<em>&#039;Estrella del Norte&#039;<\/em> \u2013 encontrar la paz interior.<\/p>\n<p>Qued\u00f3 claro que para compartir esta \u201cEstrella del Norte\u201d de paz con los j\u00f3venes, primero ser\u00edamos guiados a conectarnos con nuestra fuente interna de atenci\u00f3n plena personal, paz y alegr\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Quiz\u00e1s ya sepas lo dif\u00edcil que es llevar la paz a un aula o a un hogar si eres un maestro o un padre que se siente abrumado por el trabajo o el estr\u00e9s personal. \u00bfY quiz\u00e1s has observado c\u00f3mo los j\u00f3venes perciben el estr\u00e9s de quienes los rodean y reaccionan ante \u00e9l?<\/p>\n<p>Para ense\u00f1ar la meditaci\u00f3n y ofrecer paz a los ni\u00f1os, primero practicamos y nos conectamos con nuestro propio recurso interior.<\/p>\n<div class='widescreen divider plain'><\/div>\n<h3><strong>Regando nuestras semillas de paz<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Me fascin\u00f3 aprender mucho m\u00e1s en este retiro. Hab\u00eda practicado la meditaci\u00f3n regularmente durante a\u00f1os y ten\u00eda dudas de aprender algo nuevo. Pero sent\u00ed los beneficios significativos de los sencillos pasos que nos mostraron para acceder a nuestra paz interior. Esto implicaba:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comida consciente y silencio noble<\/li>\n<li>Cantando canciones de mindfulness para ni\u00f1os<\/li>\n<li>Relajaci\u00f3n corporal<\/li>\n<li>Caminar conscientemente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La primera charla de Dharma que dio Thay fue \u201cDisfrutando nuestro tiempo juntos\u201d. Con esto nos ayud\u00f3 a entender c\u00f3mo debemos cuidarnos primero a nosotros mismos para ser lo suficientemente fuertes como para sustentar a nuestra familia y luego a nuestro trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Si elijo s\u00f3lo apoyar a la familia y al trabajo, sufro.<\/p>\n<p>Yo soy el primer paso.<\/p>\n<p>Durante todo el retiro, practicamos m\u00faltiples actividades de atenci\u00f3n plena como las enumeradas anteriormente, y el efecto en m\u00ed fue asombroso.<\/p>\n<div class='widescreen divider plain'><\/div>\n<h3>Semilla de Paz \u2013 Alimentaci\u00f3n Consciente<\/h3>\n<p>Al principio, me result\u00f3 muy dif\u00edcil comer de forma consciente. La comida me la tra\u00edan en autoservicio, as\u00ed que empec\u00e9 a comer de forma consciente desde el momento en que llen\u00e9 mi plato.<\/p>\n<p>Me di cuenta de que cada d\u00eda mis proporciones se hac\u00edan m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as a medida que reconoc\u00eda las se\u00f1ales de mi cuerpo que me dec\u00edan lo que realmente necesitaba y cu\u00e1ndo estaba lleno.<\/p>\n<p>Nos sent\u00e1bamos en mesas con las monjas, los monjes y otros asistentes al retiro. Al principio me daba verg\u00fcenza sentarme en una mesa con desconocidos y no hablar entre nosotros mientras practic\u00e1bamos la alimentaci\u00f3n consciente en silencio. Us\u00e9 mi conciencia para reconocer este sentimiento y aceptarlo mientras volv\u00eda una y otra vez a la comida que estaba comiendo.<\/p>\n<p>Me di cuenta de que sujetaba el cuchillo y el tenedor mientras masticaba, as\u00ed que decid\u00ed dejarlos a un lado hasta terminar un bocado. Entonces not\u00e9 c\u00f3mo se sent\u00eda la comida en mi boca: los diferentes sabores del berro y la humedad del pepino.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de consumir porciones m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as de comida, empec\u00e9 a disfrutar de comer de manera consciente. Me encontr\u00e9 tom\u00e1ndome un momento para observar mi comida antes de empezar a comer, solo para sentir curiosidad por lo que hab\u00eda en mi plato. Los diferentes colores, formas, texturas... era hermoso.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras com\u00eda, pensaba en toda la energ\u00eda que hab\u00eda creado ese alimento. La energ\u00eda de los elementos: el sol, la lluvia, el viento y la tierra que lo ayudaron a crecer. Sent\u00eda curiosidad por la energ\u00eda de quienes hab\u00edan cosechado ese alimento y lo hab\u00edan preparado para mi plato.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00faltimo d\u00eda, me sent\u00e9 a desayunar con las manos en Namaste (posici\u00f3n de oraci\u00f3n), los ojos cerrados y sintiendo gratitud por la comida que ten\u00eda para comer. Mis ojos se llenaron de l\u00e1grimas y una hermosa oleada de energ\u00eda fluy\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de m\u00ed. Me sent\u00ed bendecida y con una profunda sensaci\u00f3n de paz por estar en ese momento, cuid\u00e1ndome a m\u00ed misma.<\/p>\n<div class='widescreen divider plain'><\/div>\n<h3><strong>Comer conscientemente con los ni\u00f1os<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de esta experiencia, me di cuenta de que los adultos se preocupan por qu\u00e9 y cu\u00e1nto comen los ni\u00f1os. Esto puede generar estr\u00e9s en una comida familiar o en la hora del almuerzo en la escuela, que podr\u00eda ser una experiencia diferente si nos tom\u00e1ramos el tiempo de darles a los ni\u00f1os la opci\u00f3n de comer de manera consciente.<\/p>\n<p>En lugar de intentar apresurar a los ni\u00f1os a comer (preocupados por el aburrimiento, por el enfriamiento de la comida o por las cantidades que comen), \u00bfquiz\u00e1s podr\u00edamos recurrir al Maestro Zen interior de los ni\u00f1os?<\/p>\n<p>Podr\u00edamos ofrecerles la oportunidad de practicar un poco de atenci\u00f3n plena antes de comer. A continuaci\u00f3n, se ofrecen algunas sugerencias pr\u00e1cticas.<\/p>\n<p>Si no puedes hacer esto todos los d\u00edas, intenta hacerlo una vez a la semana y ve aumentando a partir de ah\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Pr\u00e1ctica en casa<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Involucrarlos en la preparaci\u00f3n de los alimentos.
