Sal\u00ed a caminar y not\u00e9 d\u00f3nde pod\u00eda sentirlo (en mi n\u00facleo) y finalmente me di cuenta de que era el<strong> energ\u00eda del resentimiento<\/strong> (una forma de ira). Mi cerebro l\u00f3gico quer\u00eda averiguar qu\u00e9 era y por qu\u00e9 estaba all\u00ed, pero mi experiencia de mindfulness me ense\u00f1\u00f3 a sentarme y dejar que saliera a la superficie. <strong>Luchar y resistirlo solo avivar\u00eda las llamas.<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nMientras caminaba, me di cuenta de que <strong>mi cuerpo me hab\u00eda estado dando se\u00f1ales durante mucho tiempo<\/strong> (tensi\u00f3n en el plexo solar y cansancio). Me llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n ese d\u00eda y pas\u00e9 tiempo proces\u00e1ndolo y trabajando conscientemente con \u00e9l. Estoy realmente agradecido por esta experiencia y pude ver c\u00f3mo <strong>a\u00f1os de eventos y emociones reprimidas<\/strong> hab\u00eda contribuido a ese resentimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Empec\u00e9 a pensar en los ni\u00f1os y adolescentes y en c\u00f3mo pasamos mucho tiempo apoyando su excelencia acad\u00e9mica, pero no se les ofrece la misma atenci\u00f3n. <strong>inteligencia emocional.<\/strong> Sin embargo, las emociones son los impulsores. Si tan solo ense\u00f1\u00e1ramos a los ni\u00f1os a procesar los sentimientos de una manera m\u00e1s pac\u00edfica cuando los experimentan, quiz\u00e1s no terminar\u00edan como adultos con una monta\u00f1a (en lugar de una monta\u00f1a de arena) de bagaje emocional.<\/p>\n<p>Sonre\u00ed al pensar en cu\u00e1ntos psiquiatras y psicoterapeutas ser\u00edan redundantes si los ni\u00f1os aprendieran estas habilidades (\u00a1por ejemplo, faltar\u00edan clientes adultos!).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conectarse conscientemente con nuestros sentimientos<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una de las razones por las que ejecutamos <a href=\"https:\/\/teachchildrenmeditation.com\/es\/connected-kids-training\/\">Programa de ni\u00f1os conectados<\/a>, es ayudar a los ni\u00f1os y adolescentes a conectarse y procesar los sentimientos de una manera m\u00e1s tranquila y con apoyo. Sin embargo, los adultos piensan que los j\u00f3venes no pueden conectarse con esto (bueno, si los adultos no pueden encontrar las palabras o tienen la conciencia, \u00bfc\u00f3mo pueden los ni\u00f1os?). No creo que esto sea cierto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conectando con la gama de emociones<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nCreo que podemos educar a nuestros hijos sobre la variedad de emociones disponibles para nosotros. Dr. Bach identificado <a href=\"http:\/\/bachflowerconsultsonline.publishpath.com\/bach-flower-remedies#how-many-flower-remedies-are-there\" target=\"_blank\">38 emociones diferentes<\/a> cuando desarroll\u00f3 los remedios florales de Bach, y este es un comienzo \u00fatil. Esto se convierte en una forma \u00fatil para que el ni\u00f1o vea c\u00f3mo <strong>comunicar ese sentimiento a trav\u00e9s de su cuerpo y expresi\u00f3n facial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00eda esto un paso m\u00e1s all\u00e1, pidi\u00e9ndole a ese ni\u00f1o que tambi\u00e9n note d\u00f3nde vive ese sentimiento en su cuerpo. Esto les ayuda <strong>conectarse con el cuerpo para que noten la sensaci\u00f3n cuando su cuerpo les da la se\u00f1al<\/strong> (un poco como aprender a ir al ba\u00f1o como mencion\u00e9 en<a href=\"https:\/\/teachchildrenmeditation.com\/es\/using-mindfulness-to-manage-toddler-tantrums\/\" target=\"_blank\"> mi blog anterior<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Ellos pueden dar eso <strong>sintiendo una forma y color<\/strong> y si tambi\u00e9n obtienes un <a href=\"http:\/\/printablecolouringpages.co.uk\/?s=Kid+body+outline\" target=\"_blank\">contorno de su cuerpo<\/a> (dibuj\u00e1ndolo en una hoja grande de papel o en el reverso de la fotograf\u00eda) pueden marcar la sensaci\u00f3n en el dibujo para que tengan ese <strong>confirmaci\u00f3n visual<\/strong> de d\u00f3nde vive en su cuerpo, adem\u00e1s de sentirlo por dentro.<\/p>\n<p>Con esta \u00fatil herramienta, los ni\u00f1os y adolescentes pueden empezar a <strong>practicar la atenci\u00f3n plena de lo que su cuerpo y sus emociones les est\u00e1n diciendo<\/strong>.
