(ACEs) were originally <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/violenceprevention\/aces\/about.html#:~:text=The%20original%20ACE%20study%20was,two%20waves%20of%20data%20collection.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">discovered<\/a> in the late 90s.\u00a0 It is now identified that ACES can impact peoples&#8217; future experiences; mentally, emotionally, and physically.<\/p>\n<p>ACEs encompass a spectrum of traumatic childhood experiences; abuse, neglect, or household dysfunction.\u00a0 These experiences can have lasting repercussions on an individual&#8217;s life, contributing to serious health issues and challenges in later life.\u00a0 The medical community suggested a range of ideas to help &#8211; one of these is meditation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Meditation to process
