No siempre es as\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Como puede ver, como adultos, hemos tenido mucho tiempo (y experiencias, buenas y malas) para acumular mucha &quot;suciedad&quot; emocional y mental. Esto significa que cuando nos sentamos a meditar, podemos tomarnos un tiempo para aceptar lo ocupada que est\u00e1 la mente y lo frustrados que nos sentimos como principiantes.<\/p>\n<p>Los ni\u00f1os (generalmente) han acumulado menos ansiedad cuando son adultos, por lo que ense\u00f1arles es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil. Son m\u00e1s abiertos y curiosos. En clase, invito a los adultos en las clases de meditaci\u00f3n a &quot;tener una curiosidad infantil&quot;. Eso es porque nuestras mentes adultas est\u00e1n inmersas en la l\u00f3gica y los hechos y hemos olvidado c\u00f3mo disfrutar de nuestra imaginaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Los ni\u00f1os no pueden concentrarse ...<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una vez m\u00e1s, esto no es cierto. Si atrae el inter\u00e9s de los ni\u00f1os, entonces tendr\u00e1 su atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La meditaci\u00f3n de los adultos puede ser bastante seria. La meditaci\u00f3n de los ni\u00f1os puede ser divertida y divertida. Una actividad se puede convertir en meditaci\u00f3n simplemente teniendo en cuenta los sentidos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1A los ni\u00f1os les encanta moverse! Los j\u00f3venes con autismo y un per\u00edodo de atenci\u00f3n muy corto pasaron de unos minutos a una meditaci\u00f3n de 20 minutos en 4 semanas de pr\u00e1ctica de meditaci\u00f3n regular (para obtener detalles completos de esto, consulte mi segundo libro <a href=\"https:\/\/teachchildrenmeditation.com\/es\/resources\/books\/autism-kids-meditation\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ni\u00f1os conectados<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Los ni\u00f1os no pueden quedarse quietos ...<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Como se mencion\u00f3 anteriormente, trabaje dentro de sus capacidades. \u00a1He ense\u00f1ado clases de meditaci\u00f3n para adultos en las que hab\u00eda muchos espasmos y movimientos de pies!<\/p>\n<p>Para los ni\u00f1os es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil si participamos en el movimiento de una manera consciente, por ejemplo, \u00a1yoga! El yoga es una excelente manera de ayudar a los ni\u00f1os a equilibrar sus<a title=\"los chakras cuando se ense\u00f1a meditaci\u00f3n a los ni\u00f1os\" href=\"http:\/\/ilovefgt.com\/offers\/thechakras\/\" target=\"_blank\"> centros energ\u00e9ticos<\/a> y luego encontrar un momento para un poco de quietud.<\/p>\n<p>Piensa en tu propia clase de yoga ... llega la relajaci\u00f3n <strong>despu\u00e9s<\/strong> el movimiento por lo que lo mismo se aplica a los ni\u00f1os. \u00a1Estar\u00edamos temblando mucho m\u00e1s en yoga si nos pidieran que hici\u00e9ramos la relajaci\u00f3n primero!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Los ni\u00f1os no entienden ...<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ellos si.<\/p>\n<p>Solo tenemos que encontrar las palabras para ayudarlos a comprender. Los adultos somos demasiado serios y si solo nos qued\u00e1ramos quietos y escuch\u00e1ramos a nuestros hijos (y dej\u00e1ramos de preocuparnos por los horarios y otras cosas de la vida), ver\u00edamos que nuestros hijos est\u00e1n tratando de jugar con nosotros, invit\u00e1ndonos a &#039;relajarnos&#039;.<\/p>\n<p>Si la meditaci\u00f3n con globos anterior fomenta la risa, \u00a1explora eso!
