La idea es practicar con regularidad para ayudarlos a desarrollar su capacidad de concentraci\u00f3n. <strong>\u00a0&#039;Poco y a menudo&#039; es la intenci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Movimiento<\/strong> - esta es una excelente manera de trabajar con la energ\u00eda de los ni\u00f1os que les gusta moverse. No tiene sentido intentar que se queden quietos si disfrutan del movimiento. Cuando prestes atenci\u00f3n a su cuerpo durante una meditaci\u00f3n en movimiento (movimientos de yoga), intenta ayudar a que sea divertida (incluso ruidosa). Si pueden sentir el suelo debajo de su cuerpo, puede pedirles que golpeen el suelo con los talones, las manos, los pies y que giren la cabeza. \u00a0<strong>Esto lleva su atenci\u00f3n a diferentes partes de su cuerpo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cuando tenemos su atenci\u00f3n en el cuerpo, podemos pedirles que piensen en algo que los haga sentir felices \/ bien: <strong>pueden poner una mano sobre su cuerpo<\/strong> donde notan este sentimiento \/ sensaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Luego haga lo mismo, pero esta vez para cuando se sientan tristes o infelices. Es posible que deba darles un ejemplo de un momento en el que se sintieron molestos para ayudarlos a recordar. No estamos tratando de molestarlos, sino de ayudarlos a <strong>mira c\u00f3mo se siente su cuerpo cuando esto sucede<\/strong> (o creen que sucede).
