This idea and the experience were so inspirational, we had to share!<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em>\u201cElla estaba llorando muy fuerte. Agitado y asustado. Estaba teniendo problemas para recuperar el aliento. Tomamos peque\u00f1os sorbos de aire, pusimos nuestras manos sobre nuestra barriga y luego respiramos cada vez m\u00e1s profundamente hasta que pudimos llenar nuestra barriga y exhalamos muy, muy, muy lentamente.\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em>Estaba demasiado asustada para cerrar los ojos, as\u00ed que intentamos pensar en un gran globo naranja. Nos agarramos muy fuerte a nuestro globo. Luego le ped\u00ed que me dijera qu\u00e9 era lo que la asustaba. Ella me dijo lo que era. Le dije que lo tomara con la otra mano y que luego metiera la mano profundamente en el gran globo naranja y lo soltara. Luego sopl\u00e9 2 grandes y lentas respiraciones dentro del globo. Le ped\u00ed que hiciera lo mismo y lo hizo. Dije \u00bfqu\u00e9 tal dos m\u00e1s cada uno? Ella dijo que s\u00ed y practicamos juntos.\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em>Luego ambos empujamos el globo con mucha fuerza hacia el espacio exterior, muy, muy lejos, donde nunca m\u00e1s podr\u00edan asustarla. Estaba a punto de respirar un poco m\u00e1s para terminar nuestra sesi\u00f3n y ella me pregunt\u00f3 si pod\u00edamos hacer otro globo, un globo arco\u00edris, para ponerlo en su coraz\u00f3n. \u00a1\u00a1\u00a1GUAU!!! Qu\u00e9 chica tan inteligente.\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em>As\u00ed lo hicimos. Elegimos 5 de nuestras cosas favoritas y las pusimos en nuestro globo, luego lo pusimos en nuestros corazones.\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em>Le ped\u00ed que se sintiera los dedos de los pies, c\u00f3mo se sent\u00edan. Ella los mene\u00f3. Le pregunt\u00e9 c\u00f3mo se sent\u00eda su cuerpo.
