Lo he estado practicando durante 30 a\u00f1os y ense\u00f1\u00e1ndolo durante m\u00e1s de 20 y lo \u00fanico que s\u00e9 es que aprender meditaci\u00f3n no me hace enojar menos.\u00a0 <strong>Me hace menos reactivo y hay una diferencia enorme.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Una de las razones por las que la gente puede tener dificultades<\/strong> Al intentar o continuar practicando la meditaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 la idea de que no lo est\u00e1n haciendo bien si se sienten enojados o cualquier otra cosa que no sea una profunda sensaci\u00f3n de paz.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Creen que por<strong> practicando la meditaci\u00f3n sus d\u00edas estar\u00e1n libres de toda adversidad o desaf\u00edo.<\/strong>\u00a0 Y cuando eso no sucede, pueden sentirse como un fracaso o un fraude.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">S\u00ed... como profesora de meditaci\u00f3n, puedo sentir largos per\u00edodos de paz y mis d\u00edas son (generalmente) consistentemente alegres y felices. Pero<strong> hay dias que es dificil<\/strong> y una lucha.<\/p>\n<h3 align=\"left\">Lucha y enojo adolescente<\/h3>\n<p align=\"left\">mi habitual<strong> La pr\u00e1ctica de la meditaci\u00f3n me ayuda.<\/strong> con ese.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Me ayuda en los d\u00edas en los que es dif\u00edcil y me invita a mirar mi yo m\u00e1s joven (la parte adolescente de m\u00ed) con <strong>Mucha m\u00e1s compasi\u00f3n.<\/strong>\u00a0 Ese yo adolescente en el que reprim\u00eda mi ira con comportamientos autodestructivos o ocasionalmente explotaba (y sent\u00eda miedo) por la rabia que sent\u00eda por la vida. Pero cuando era ni\u00f1o y joven no me di cuenta de esto; fue en mi juventud...<strong>mi pr\u00e1ctica de meditaci\u00f3n literalmente me salv\u00f3 la vida<\/strong> y me ayud\u00f3 a desarrollar habilidades para poder expresar sentimientos fuertes y dif\u00edciles de una manera que no sea da\u00f1ina para m\u00ed (ni para los dem\u00e1s) Y permitirme acceder a esos d\u00edas felices y alegres que ahora siento.<\/p>\n<h3 align=\"left\"><em>&quot;Debemos ayudar a nuestros hijos a gestionar la ira&quot;<\/em><\/h3>\n<p align=\"left\">Por eso me apasiona ense\u00f1ar a las personas habilidades de atenci\u00f3n plena y meditaci\u00f3n (para adultos, adolescentes y ni\u00f1os) para que tengan <strong>las herramientas para ayudarles a navegar la vida y darse cuenta y aceptar la totalidad<\/strong>, persona hermosa, cari\u00f1osa, ego\u00edsta, feliz, triste, enojada, alegre que son. Hay muchas partes en nosotros y si pretendemos que s\u00f3lo podemos tener las positivas, entonces las partes negativas se vuelven mucho m\u00e1s grandes con el tiempo.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Ense\u00f1o esto constantemente en nuestro programa Ni\u00f1os Conectados, especialmente si los adultos son nuevos en la meditaci\u00f3n o han practicado el pensamiento de que esto significa que nunca m\u00e1s volver\u00e1n a sentir frustraci\u00f3n o enojo con sus hijos. Esto simplemente no es cierto.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Lo que la meditaci\u00f3n nos ense\u00f1a a todos.<\/strong>..es ser due\u00f1o de nuestras cosas (no del proyecto), <strong>establecer l\u00edmites con amor<\/strong> y compasi\u00f3n (por nosotros mismos y por los dem\u00e1s) y amarnos a nosotros mismos con profunda compasi\u00f3n, incluidos todos los errores que vamos a cometer. Y cometeremos muchos errores como padres, cuidadores y cualquier otra persona que tenga hijos.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">La meditaci\u00f3n me ense\u00f1a a maldecir conscientemente.\u00a0 <strong>Para dejarlo salir todo.\u00a0<\/strong> No apuntar a alguien que me ha molestado, sino estar plenamente en el momento con la ira, la tristeza y la frustraci\u00f3n que siento. Sentirlo, expresarlo y poseerlo.\u00a0 <strong>Reconocer que se me permite sentir lo que siento y dejarlo salir todo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Cuando hago esto, soy due\u00f1o de mi poder. No poder sobre los dem\u00e1s, sino simplemente aceptar mi poder de elegir en cada momento.<\/p>\n<h3 align=\"left\">Tsunami de juramentos<\/h3>\n<p align=\"left\">Despu\u00e9s de la tormenta de malas palabras conscientes (\u00a1y esta semana se sinti\u00f3 como un tsunami!), me dio la capacidad de expresar c\u00f3mo me sent\u00eda de una manera poderosa pero sin proyectar ni culpar. Mi diatriba de malas palabras tuvo lugar mientras paseaba a los perros por mi cuenta. Cuando mi hijo estaba en la cama, mi esposo me tom\u00f3 de la mano mientras yo dejaba salir todo.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">M\u00e1s tarde, pude hablar con mi hijo sobre mi experiencia de frustraci\u00f3n e ira.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Me asegur\u00e9 de que supiera que lo amaba.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Le comuniqu\u00e9 claramente que se trataba de comportamiento, no de personas.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Le ayud\u00e9 a ver que nuestra familia puede sentir lo que siente pero <strong>El respeto mutuo es de suma importancia.<\/strong>\u00a0 No nos desquitamos con nadie. Nos apropiamos de ello, lo expresamos y lo dejamos ir. Y si todav\u00eda necesitamos expresar el por qu\u00e9 y el qu\u00e9\u2026 lo hacemos con claridad, amor y poder.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Cada vez que ense\u00f1amos a la gente a ser due\u00f1a de sus cosas.<\/strong> En nuestro programa, somos testigos de algunos que luchan por hacer esto.
