\"LorraineIf you are struggling and looking for some support and assistance, I can offer you healing sessions that can guide you back into balance.<\/p>\n

As a qualified healer, EFT (emotional freedom technique) practitioner and Meditation Teacher with over 25 years experience, I offer you the choice of an online 121 with me on the new moon cycle or distance healing at the time of the full moon.<\/p>\n

The Importance of Moon Cycles<\/h3>\n

The moon cycles affect the tides of the sea on earth, and since ancient times we have seen the affect on humans.\u00a0 The human body is 60 to 70% water,<\/a> so it makes sense that the moon cycle can affect the flow of energy in the human body.<\/p>\n

The New Moon<\/strong> – is time for starting new projects, transitioning into the new and healing to embrace this energetic step.<\/p>\n

The Full Moon<\/strong> – is a time of completion, endings and letting go of what no longer serves your greatest good.<\/p>\n

How Your Healing Affects Children<\/h3>\n

If you are out of balance, your energy affects the children around you.\u00a0 We now know that adults help children co-regulate until their body and nervous system matures – until then it is difficulty for children to self regulate.\u00a0 This confirms how important it is to be resilient and strong for your children – especially if they struggle mentally and emotionally.<\/p>\n

These sessions involve healing energy which is sent to you to help you bring your body, heart and mind back into balance, using Karuna and Usui Reiki, healing energy.\u00a0 If this seems a little difficult to understand, please watch my video below so you can understand how it works.<\/p>\n

Included in the booking will be an audio recording from the session.\u00a0 This will detail any observations I have about the healing session that are helpful to guide you into your next, balancing steps.\u00a0 These are sent by email (or Whatsapp if you provide your contact details).<\/p>\n

The special rate of a session is currently \u00a325 and you can book on the link below.\u00a0 \u00a0There are monthly options to accomodate different timezones which are deliberately planned for the timing of the full moon (a potent time of release and healing).<\/p>\n
