Tutorial 5A Energy Healing – 3-hour workshop to help reduce the effects of bullying or trauma on children<\/p>\n

This is a 2-hour online tutorial that teaches you a mindful healing practice that can support and help trauma-experienced children feel balanced – mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically. It is effective for children of all ages who have experienced bullying or have high levels of anxiety.<\/div>\n

It is based on the pioneering work of Rena Gutteridge, a former nurse with hands-on experience in energy medicine aiding therapeutic recovery from Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Lorraine E. Murray was trained by the founder, Rena Gutteridge, to teach this method, which includes energy medicine and mindful art techniques that support therapeutic recovery from trauma.<\/div>\n

The session serves as an introduction to the 5A method, expanding your skill set, and the opportunity to pursue certification following the workshop at an additional cost.<\/div>\n
