We offer free resources to inspire you to try sharing meditation with young people. All you need to do is join our group on Facebook or our online Whatsapp Community Channel to access it!  The information will be in the files section of the the facebook group.  Or if you prefer Whatsapp, just join and ask us to share the info we have just released.
